Summary
The Coordinator of Enterprise Applications manages the implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support and maintenance of multiple Enterprise Application systems supporting Fulton County Schools which includes Enterprise Resource Planning, Collaboration, Content Management, Portfolio and Project Management Solutions. In addition, the incumbent in this position is responsible for the development of custom applications, custom reports and system integrations along with the development of the external and internal websites.
Essential Duties
- Serves as Team lead for execution of SAP, OnBase, OpenText, Docusign, and other Enterprise Application upgrades, configurations, customization, integrations and support
- Coordinates and oversees the development and execution of various reports, forms, and custom applications
- Directs the implementation and provides training for employees, school-based administrators, counselors, instructional and clerical staff on use of various applications
- Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for each application managed by the team
- Ensures the team provides the proper level of documentation and manages that documentation as it relates to requirements, process flows, business rules, design, configuration, customizations, and user documentation
- Ensures proper process and management of customization/coding for FCS systems
- Revises and disseminates departmental procedures and serves as a resource for various planning committees
- Develops and implements efficient departmental operating procedures
- Meets regularly with assigned staff to identify departmental needs and prioritize work initiatives
- Acts as a Liaison with all internal departments and individual schools as it relates to their Enterprise Application, Records Management and Training needs
- Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field or Equivalent experience (2 years of similar work level experience = 1 year of college). A combination of experience and education may be used to meet the Bachelors Degree requirement
Certification/Licensure
None required
Certification in technology field(s) preferred
Experience Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of technology related experience required; Experience in enterprise applications required; Experience managing SAP and SharePoint required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local website governance requirements
- Must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills in rendering solutions to various technical issues
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with District and school personnel, the general public, third party vendors and work with diverse groups of people
- Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate program goals and initiatives
- Ability to supervise and work effectively with departmental personnel
- Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
