Summary
The System Analyst for Enterprise Applications is responsible for the design, implementation, integration, maintenance, and daily operation of IT enterprise level applications and cloud computing environments. The incumbent in this role takes the lead on current and future applications used by the IT department to deliver services to the District.
Essential Duties
- Implements, operates, maintains, and provides the highest level of technical support for enterprise applications
- Reviews, analyzes, and recommends new and enhanced systems and/or capabilities
- Works with data integration services to multiple applications and relational databases
- Provides documentation, work flows, support escalation procedures, and data analysis for reporting purposes
- Protects integrity of information for accurate statistical and informational data
- Maintains development environment with data configuration and application changes
- Assists with the application of patches and version upgrades at the District and school levels
- Maintains required security measures on all applications Provides input and assists in developing efficient departmental operating procedures
- Meets regularly with assigned staff to identify departmental needs and prioritize projects
- Takes on and manages projects from start to finish
- Maintains current knowledge of the latest technology in computer applications, i.e., hardware and software developments
- Establishes and maintains Service Level Agreements for system resource availability, response time, and incident resolution
- Assists with the escalation of issues, problems, and changes
- Executes all relevant SOPs including Change Control; Ensures proper and effective communication, impact analysis, and approvals prior to implementation of changes
- Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Equivalent experience (2 years of similar work level experience = 1 year of college). A combination of experience and education may be used to meet the Bachelors Degree requirement

Experience Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise class mission critical applications, implementation, architecture, and security required; Experience with the digital learning platform Safari Montage, Google Management Console, Office 365, Microsoft Server OS 2003-2012 R2, VMware 5.x-6.x, SQL, and IIS desired; Experience in a support role for a K-12 school environment desired
